It was also the last meeting before the big International Dissemination in Lisbon. As planned the dissemination event was discussed at length. No fixed date was set due to the full agenda of VIPs and speakers except for the month; October 2008. It was agreed that all countries partaking in the scheme of ECLAT project should have the opportunity to speak to present how the scheme has been greeted in their region, how companies have reacted and what is expected for the future. The training of consultants was coming to an end and the scheme management was beginning. The project as a whole was on time and the partners were happy with the results so far. This meeting focused on the budget together with preparing and presenting finances. Moreover, as half of the project time had now passed the more serious issues of marketing results and outcomes was high on the agenda. The group of project partners took part in the BCC training course, held under the professional management of Robin Godfrey and his team at the British Chambers of Commerce in Coventry. The outcome was very positive with the partners feeling they were given a comprehensive picture of the opportunities available under the scheme. The group was by now well merged and a lot of work had been done. The schedule was on course and the project partners were preparing for their training in Coventry in July. The layout of the website was virtually completed together with the adaptations of various on-line tools.
